Well, I wanted to talk about his invention (because silly drinking games to do with websites are always funny to invent). But, I didn't want to de-rail Therion's Blog. So here it is, in all it's glory:

I wanted to point out that this had better be new posts only, or reading one of the old OT threads would be logically equivalent to suicide. I don't have any further suggestions right now... but I will, I'm sure, in time.

Good stuff, I'm rather happy this has materialised into a game! Best used on dull nights between 8pm and 2am British Summer Time, presumably. Gets the whole selection of forumites contributing. Here's an addition!

- Perius mentions economics: Three fingers of the most alcoholically efficient drink available.

(I.e. what's got the best price/units ratio. This'll usually either be cider or vermouth, which means three fingers could be either almost nothing or three shots' worth!)

CM: Demands a retcon or uses a fortune point (whole can of warm Strongbow; your liver is FINISHED. Muaha!)
I-D: Attacks!! (tm) Regardless of the odds or the storyline or well any other reason than having a weapon and someone to aggrievate (Gin & Tonic)
FerralGuardian: Logs in more than twice a week for two weeks running. (You probably wont get drunk on this but I'll go for a shot of tequila.)
Deuce: Makes a definitive statement in an ooc topic. (nip of brandy)
Xisor: Responds to a PM within 48 hrs/ever. (treat yourself - bottle of Nastro)
DV: Returns a knight and Baron of Ibelin (Panda Cola, on ice)
C.J.: Dies suddenly but is fondly remembered and sorely missed by all (battery acid - 1 quart!)

Firewind posts 9 times on the first page. For example.

Skipped to page three. ID is discussing jobs with you. You're being cynical about how fucked everyone is thanks to the Financial Crisis. He's saying that jobs in the military are pretty secure. Firewinds still online.

Do I need to continue?

Also, Perius gets into an argument. Sorry, a heated discussion: Flaming Shot, anything that'll burn (i.e. over 100% proof)

Therion makes a happy post. (a molitov)

I think a happy Therion post deserves more than that... perhaps a vat of industrial ethanol?
